Hey Danny,
You can submit to more than one category (Beginner, Advanced, or Non-English Language Tutorial), but you are limited to winning 2 prizes. In section 6 of the Rules:
"Limit two (2) prizes per Entrant: maximum one (1) prize in English and maximum one (1) prize in a local language..."
Be sure to check out the full rules here https://developercircles2020.devpost.com/rules
Hope this helps!

Hey Danny, Reading your question again I just wanted to make sure you know that each language should have its own submission. This means that if you write an English Tutorial and a Spanish Tutorial, you should submit 2 submissions and differentiate them in the submission title and category.

Hi Michelle, I read the rules and was unsure so I figured out just to clear any doubts I’d ask here. Can I submit (two separate submissions) in two different languages but that talk about the same and have the same final result? They would essentially be the same tutorial (In content) but in different languages, and of course be submitted separately. What about the case above but with the Regional and Global categories?.
All the best

Hey Dan,
You can submit multiple submissions in different languages which can be about the same topic but they shouldn't be exact translations of itself. Just remember that you are limited to two (2) prizes, one (1) of which needs to be English and the other one (1) needs to be a local language.
