Allowed Language for Local Language Submission

Which language is allowed for local language submission? Are other languages (e.g., Bengali) allowed apart from Arabic, French, Indonesian, Portuguese, and Spanish?

  The specific languages provided are the only languages we are able to judge (Arabic, French, Indonesian, Spanish, and Portuguese).
