Can we reform/ build up the project submitted in wit.ai hackathon?

Our team participated in wit.ai hackathon, but our project was too naive. So, we want to reform that project and participate in this challenge. (Also, we were not among the winners, so we want to give another shot with a lot of improvement in our project). Are we eligible to use that project?

  Hey Prachi, it is great to have you in this challenge as well! You can certainly update your previous project and use it as the Sampled Software within your tutorial and submission. Just be sure it works with the latest version of the Wit.ai.
